2. The nature of the service
The Service Provider offers support online as a sole proprietor
- in the accounting and establishment of sole proprietorships (with special emphasis on taxi drivers),
- in tax matters for private individuals (e.g., personal income tax return, self-revision),
- in the form of online consultation, in a clear and understandable way.
The service does not qualify as tax advisory or legal activity.
3. Contract signing process
- Contact can be made via email or through an online form
- Sending a personalized offer
- After acceptance, a written contract (by email)
- Requesting the necessary data
- Starting the service
4. Service fulfillment
The services are provided entirely online – via email or phone.
No personal meeting is required. Deadlines are always agreed individually.
5. Payment terms
- The fee is always based on a personalized offer
- An invoice is always issued in every case
- Payment method: bank transfer
- General deadline: by the 5th day of the month
6. Withdrawal, cancellation
Before the service starts, the order can be canceled at any time.
If the service has already started, cancellation is only possible with a pro-rata settlement.
7. Complaint handling
In case of a complaint, the Service Provider accepts inquiries by email and will respond within 5 working days.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service Provider does not provide tax advice, legal or official representation, only practical, easy-to-understand guidance and administrative support.
9. Modification of the GTC
A Szolgáltató fenntartja a jogot az ÁSZF módosítására.
A módosítás a weboldalon való közzététellel lép hatályba, és nem érinti visszamenőleg a korábban elfogadott szerződéseket.
